PERI PERI – also known as piri piri – is the name for the “bird’s eye” of the African chili pepper used by the ancient Malay tribe of the Republic of the Congo, which in their language meant “pepper pepper”, but this story is not about it… This story is about naughty a hen who is getting PERI PERI and is not getting any way for her, so she decided to open her own restaurant.

PERI PERI chicken is bought from the best Lithuanian farms and marinated for 24 hours.

It is then dipped with the chicken’s secret spices and fried in a frying pan. Or toast on a wood grill by applying soul balm.
