Eight years ago, when the Crustum team opened the doors of their first bakery, they put a lot of effort into ensuring that their baked goods tasted and smelled good, were fresh, and created a cozy atmosphere.

Today, the Crustum team consists of 13 cafés, one of which is located in the NORDIKA shopping valley, and one production facility, employing over 150 people under one brand.

Using only fresh and authentic products, bakers, confectioners, and bread makers are constantly looking for new recipes and improving existing ones. Through their long work experience, these professionals have expanded the bakery’s assortment with new and unique baked goods, desserts, and breads.

The freshness and cosiness of the bakeries is ensured by professional baristas, who bake fresh rolls and prepare coffee every morning in all bakeries.
